Watta Bite Charter Fishing Report

September 04, 2006 @ 12:28

A very interesting week of Fishing.

All the East wind in the past 7 days turned the Lake Over. We had 48 degree water at the dock. No wonder nobody was swimming. Took temperature 20 foot down and it was 44 degrees.

A major change in fishing tactics.

We had: 1 trip of 15 fish limit, 1 trip of 6 Kings a Coho and a Lake Trout, a 9 King and a Lake Trout, a 7 King and a Coho, and a nice 9lb Brown trout trip, and a trip of 9 King catch. Watta week huh!

Just because Labor day is over, Salmon fishing is picking up in Glen Arbor.

The Watta Bite Boat will be running until October 10th. All the way through Color Tour. So give us a call and catch some nice Chrome 2 and 3 year class fish.

Good fishing

Friends,
The Watta Bite Charter Fishing Reports are written by me, Captain Bill.  They are all accounts of my fishing experiences.  I will not use information from other fishermen.  I have to know what's going on before I write, that way you, the customer or potential customer, have facts to work with when choosing a charter.
