July 21st Fishing Report
When Capt. Bill tells you the fish are biting in the dark and to be
at
the dock at 5AM, he isn't kidding. We left Glen Arbor at 5 and
had
lines in at 5:45AM. It took no time at all for the first bite.
Things got really crazy after that. A double and a triple
followed.
By 7:15AM we had 7 nice Kings in the box. Only 3 to go to
fill our
limit. At 9:00 we put the boat on the trailer and were
eating
breakfast by 9:30.
Now I have fished enough to know that this doesn't happen often.
But the reality is, Bill found the fish, we boated the fish, and
were home when some charters were just getting their lines wet.
